December 30 2009 is coming!2008 seems t have past fast, yet slowly.
fast, because i can't believe it's been a year since my family and i went on the Europe trip (:
slow, because so many events have happened.
and i thank God for having led me through them all.
firstly, the Penang trip in Jan seemed so far away.
i rly hope t go on another trip w dear choristers! (:
march was our Italy trip!!<3
omg i miss the place a lot. and the wonderful memories.
and i will forever rmb how Ms Tham stopped us frm letting our fatigue get e better of us just before e 2nd competition.
she's amazing (=
May left me dejected by my lousy results.
in june there was choir camp!
and that was the month michelle brought me to her church (:

in july char cas veron peishi and i performed for youth day!
in Aug i had my sweet 16th bday! and a very gd gift was a B3 for lit exam which was held on the same day :)
ok it's nt an A but my standard aint tt good haha so i was really happy!
in Sept i was panicking about the end-of-year exam.
in Oct and Nov, i found out that hard work does pays off! ((:
in Dec, my family and I went to Japan!!
i felt very welcome there..hahas
i miss it a lot!!!!!!!!
yepp 2009 is approaching so let us embrace it wheeeeee!
i pray for the best for next year and the years to come! December 27 twilightTwilight was cool!!
at 1st i thought it was okay,
but it got increasingly nice as e plot unrolled! (:
Edward was charming despite his thick make-up haha =p
is it rly hard t find someone lk him?
ah i must start on new moon soon!!
my voice is recovering all thx t herbal teas and medicines haha (:
so sad i only sang a christmas song this week cause i lost my voice on christmas day. )))):
i'd better practise my choir scores tonight.

December 20 JAPAN! (:Hellos (: im back frm Japan!!
grrr i just caught e flu bug back in Singapore ):
but thank God i was all right during my trip..
DAY 1
we arrived at Kansai Airport!
i had no idea we were gg t the Universal Studio tt day!
i shall upload the photos someday soon (:
the 1st ride we saw freaked me out lk mad.
i thk if i sat it i wld suffer frm severe motion sickness.
e place is amazingly disneyland-like!
and it was flooded w students.
haha embarrassingly, i was frightened by the roller coaster ride in Snoopy's house.
t conclude, this place is highly recommended!! :D
DAY 2
we visited a temple where there was breathtaking scenery..
before and after tt, we indulged in ice-creams hahaha!
next we visited Sennichimae again, a long street in Osaka!
the tako yaki there is the best!!
DAY 3
Nijo castle was our next stop (:
it's incredible how the ninjas fix nails under the floors of each level
so tt movement of their enemies w be detected!
it's quite scary though, t know tt.
next, we travelled back t Sennichimae again for more food hahas.
DAY 4
Today we set off t Todai-ji Temple & Deer Park.
we saw the largest sculpture of the Buddha in the temple which is a very sacred place for the buddhists.
After tt we got t the deer park flooded w deer!
tt's when we bought the biscuit meant t feed deer.
this is so embarrassing urgh.
cause we missed e deer sign on the tag,
we ATE it.
it was crispy but BLAND.
and then we saw pple throwing everything t e deer.
EW!
we did e same.
it was a hilarious experience LOL
DAY 5
we took a shinkansen t Hakata, Fukuoka!
our destination today was the dome!
in the beach nearby, we watched the sun set..
then we left for tenjin where Sis's friend brought us around (:
DAY 6
we travelled t Nagasaki..
and it was very depressing.
May there be world peace forever.
DAY 7
today we took a ferry to Miyajima which is really pretty!
there are deer there too but they weren't friendly ):
DAY 8
Today we went further down South to Kumamoto!
the hotel service there is very very good!
explored the place and saw a castle,
so we went in and got t see the rich history filled in the place..
then we visited t streets in the city.
DAY 9
Today we travelled to Mount Aso!
there are 5 craters there! very scary..
luckily the wind didn't blow the sulphur stench in our direction.
DAY 10
Today we explored Kagoshima and took a ferry to Sakurajima.
It's a volcanic island with a tragic history.
It used to be much higher, but a giant eruption in 1914 caused its loss in height.
Really hope there won't be an eruption there anymore.
oh yes, we took a taxi around the island cause it's more hua2 shuan4 there.
the taxi driver was adorable!
though we cldn't understand most of what he said,
he was very detailed, and we cld make out most of his introduction of the island.
DAY 11
Today, dad's jap friend's parents brought us to Ikura-do Cave in Niimi.
They are very strong despite being over 60 years old!
The cave was led by them as climbed up the steep steps.
I feel very guilty for ordering expensive food for dinner..
i only wanted t have udon but ended up eating more.
so sorry they had to pay! )):
DAY 12
Before checking out of our Osaka hotel,
we strolled down the streets and discovered many delicacies :X
and here we are, back in Singapore!
seems like a long time, yet very fast, in a way.

hm, firstly, t choristers, have loads of fun during choir camp (:
dun bully seniors haha..
and t diamond, during e bbq too!
